How much do the packages cost?

What is the deadline to book a package?
To make your Carnival experience as worry free as possible, we will close registration in a timely fashion for each of our events to ensure care free process. All of this information can be found on the Registration pages for each event, but the deadlines to register are as follows:
Barbados Cropover : April 26th
Trinidad Carnival : May 1st (With Accommodations); August 1st (No Accommodations)
Is Airfare included in the package?
Airfare is not included in the cost of the package, but we can provide guidance as to when to purchase your tickets and which airline is best for you.
What time should I arrive and depart my Carnival destination?
You should plan to arrive at your destination by 4PM on Arrival Day, and any time on Departure Day
How will I get from and to the airport?
Your package includes Roundtrip transportation between the airport and your hotel
How will I get to and from events?
Your package includes Roundtrip transportation to and from all events
